Academic Research is integral to the mission of ISoPS. The goal of this collaborative effort is to integrate surgeons from around the world to share ideas and observations that highlight

areas of pelvic trauma surgery where a lack of consensus regarding scientific evidence for treatment protocols exists. Additionally,

through the efforts of many different institutions, surgeons, and patient populations, we hope to combine data and experiences to better recommend treatment protocols and algorithms for all types of pelvic and acetabular trauma.
